About The Event

Lets help kids to come back to love, joy and happiness during this time!

Being in our sympathetic nervous system weakens the immune system with cortisol levels rising. This meditation focuses on helping children to relax deeper into their parasympathetic nervous system.

Kids can feel everything that you feel, they are SUPER sensitive and AWARE! They are watching how you manage this current situation, they learn through modelling. 

Take 10 minutes to sit or lie down and do this relaxation together! We acknowledge how we feel and what we are thinking and consciously choose to let go of fear and negativity to come back into a relaxed state of being.
