About The Event

Angela gets it, she experienced extreme stress levels leading to burnout and adrenal fatigue. She is passionate about supporting teachers with tools and practises that will leave you feeling energised, grounded and calm for the year ahead!

The classroom these days can be incredibly chaotic an frustrating with children's behaviour both irratic and uncontrollable. It leaves you feeling like you are unable to actually teach because you are so focused on trying to get them to sit still, listen and learn...

The overwhelming amount of paperwork and admin can be incredibly time consuming and leave you feeling unmotivated and lacking energy to actually put into your teaching. 

This 3 hour professional learning will provide teachers with:

  • Tools for being able to manage the "madness in the classroom'
  • Self care practises to increase your energy levels
  • Mindfulness and self awareness tools that can also be used in the classroom with kids so you spend LESS TIME MANAGING and more time TEACHING!
  • Ability to identity your own emotions and needs and actually put yourself first

Creating work/life balance so you can enjoy the time you have outside of the classroom with your family and friends
