Why Yoga ?
I am passionate about providing a safe, positive and nurturing environment for parents and adults searching for a way to de-stress, disconnect from their busy external world, returning inwards and giving back to themselves. I will guide you to connect with you heart, breath and body.
Having completed my 500 hr training in Hatha Yoga, I am passionate about teaching the fundamental skills of yoga to transform the way in which you live.
Join me on Wednesdays at 7:00pm for 8 weeks of Yin Yoga, an opportunity to rebalance the nervous system, boost your immune system, create a balanced flow fo Qi, deeply relax the body, create stillness in the mind, develop compassion and an open heart towards self and others.
During the class we use props to assist us to be in gentle poses for longer periods of time. This enables us to work through the connective tissues and create space in our bodies.
